Sunday recs: vids, fannish stuff, space!, articles
Some things that are pleasing or interesting to me this Sunday...
1. Misha Collins and Michael Sheen (two lovely angels) are Super Good (and Sheen cosplays as Castiel which is entirely Good and Right)
2. This Clarion Online conversation between Kelly Link and Holly Black where 1) I became really sure I've met Holly Black before somewhere and 2) she said a thing or two about writing that resonated with me on a huh, that's familiar level. (Don't watch this if you have a hate boner for a certain rich HP plagiarist that will interfere with your enjoyment of the conversation about writing and community, because she comes up often and in glowing terms.)
3. How about a purely Stormpilot (Finn/Poe) vid that will make you happy? (It doesn't really have a narrative. It's just fun.) (Go here to leave feedback for the vidder, starlady38.)
4. Or maybe a Black Sails vid party playlist courtesy of RevolutionaryJo? There are some excellent vids in there, including dragons in the darkness, a Flint character study and long-time fave of mine, by voordeel. Hey, how about if I just post that again right here? You betcha!
5. Endeavour (the crew capsule of the SpaceX DM-2 mission, which awww was so named by the astronauts) has returned spacecraft commander Doug Hurley and joint-operations commander Bob Behnken, aka the Space Dads, safely to the Earth. First splashdown since 1975. Yay! Now let's go to Mars! (Yes yes, Artemis, moon first, 2030, I KNOW, fine.)
