Hodgepodge of things relevant to multi-fannish interests
- 41 minutes of Star Trek bloopers. There are bloopers from TNG, Enterprise, Voyager, DS9, reboot movie, and a few from the classic movies. There are, however, zero bloopers from TOS. (You can find those other places, like here and here.) The best are TNG, because you can see how much the cast loves each other. Also apparently they all like to cuddle with Frakes when they screw up. (Especially Patrick Stewart.)
- I made AO3 feeds for Agron/Nasir (ao3_agronxnasir and James Bond/Q (ao3_00q). Because I needed them. For reasons.
- The complete series of In Search Of... is available on DVD. If you're under a certain age, this will not excite you at all. If you are over a certain age, this might make you smile.
- Also available: Southland seasons 2, 3 and 4 on one DVD set. That was smart of them.
- Merlin vid rec: World On Fire. Very dramatic. Love the use of music.
- A fan (anthemglass) wrote an orchestral piece inspired by The Eagle of the Ninth, and then it was performed by the University of North Texas Symphony Orchestra. That is really fucking cool.
- And finally, merlinreversebb has begun posting, with art by alby_mangroves and sallyna_smile, and stories by planejane and teprometo. BEAUTIFUL ART AND LONG STORIES YAY. \o/
- Bonus bullet! I haven't even read it yet, but sineala has posted a 116,000 word The Eagle AU, Chosen Man, in which Esca and Marcus are both Roman soldiers. I repeat: LONG STORIES YAY!!!
