Question about OTW

Can anyone out there point me to a business breakdown of precisely how OTW spends the funds it raises? I'm not interested in a vague breakdown; I'm looking for a real-world, dollars-and-cents accounting of what's spent on budget categories - political activities, fannish infrastructure such as AO3, etc. Thanks.
