The DRB Mods are working to configure the Artist Sign-Ups and Writer Sign-Ups for the 2016-2017 round. The schedule should be going live very shortly and at that time so will the sign ups.
In the meantime, we have the artist/writer rules here and the schedule from last year available for you to refer to here. As always, our tumblr askbox is always open for whatever questions you may have.
