Dude...ok... so I have been so stressed out lately that I apparently reduced my immune system to that of an 80 year old woman or an AIDS patient....and I GOT SHINGLES. Only old people are supposed to get shingles! But I guess between Berkeley midterms, EMT stuff and arranging to go to Italy I've pushed myself beyond what my body could handle, so it got revenge by reintroducing the chicken pox to my nerve cells. Hahaha!! I get to take cool anti-viral medicine though... Anyway, moral of the story is take a break and don't stress out so much y'all...unless you want a disease named after a part of a roof.
