nos4a2no9's wonderful birthday present of glee for me was a picspam of hotass men. Which made me think of other hotass men, and why I think they're hot. Because hotassness leads to hotasseness. Or hotassery?
Anyway, I am almost, ALMOST over my cold, and that is brightening up my day. So why not share some day-brighteners with you all?
Okay, so sometimes I like a guy's guy, who is comfortable doing stereotypical guy things in a guy way, like with pickup trucks and cowboy hats and guitars and oversized hoodies and fighting evil and stuff. Like that.
Charles Gunn. I love Gunn. He always tried to do the right thing. Sometimes it didn't work out, and the whole being an evil lawyer thing was a disaster, but he'll always be my hero.
Lindsey McDonald. I love Lindsey. He almost always tried to do the wrong thing. It usually didn't work out, and the whole being an evil lawyer thing was a disaster, but he was committed to his bad choices, plus his evil hand was hilarious. And he'll always be a hotass.
Also, I might point out that if you, say, put the two of them together, you have got yourself a thermonuclear device of hotness. Serioulsy. Try it.
Still, sometimes I like a classy, old-school kind of man. Suave, sophisticated, masculine, dapper. Dashing, you might say.

Ronon Dex. Yes, his body is gorgeous. GORGEOUS. But look at his eyes! Look at the color! They're so beautiful.
Jayne Cobb. Bwahaha!! More brawn than brains, but I love the big palooka.
Sometimes I just want to look at someone ethereally beautiful.
Takeshi Kaneshiro. I fell in love with him watching Wong Kar Wai's Fallen Angels and Chungking Express. His face is magic. He was made for film.
Taye Diggs. I fell in love with him watching him romance Angela Basset in How Stella Got Her Groove Back. Hot damn.
Sometimes I like someone with a little more character, a little deliberate usage of their own sex appeal. Yeah, you know you're hot, don'tcha?
Don Cheadle. I wanted to put him in the classy old-school category, but man, he is such the sex kitten in this picture. Work it, Don!
Peter Wingfield. I love him and his nose. And I adore Methos and his charm, his morally questionable ethics and his mad chemistry with Duncan.
Mark Kanemura, dancing a scorchingly hot tango with Chelsie Hightower on So You Think You Can Dance. There were too many pictures of him. Talent is an aphrodisiac. He may require his own, separate post. How are you so awesome, Mark?
