James Bond has been to Casino Royale.
It was a short visit, cut shorter still by a rather hasty exit, but he's still reasonably familiar with the surroundings.

He's willing to bet this isn't even Montenegro.
These coincidences continue to compound as he folds his hands into his Jacket Pocket and eyes the reception desk. His bags and such remain, but there's a distinct lack of patronage, not to mention-

She's immeaditely the first person he looks for. M would not be happy if he lost the money so early in the game, "...Where in the hell is everyone?"
