Amber peers at her from behind the sofa, her darkly-lined eyes and the top her head visible. She says nothing, eying the newcomer curiously.

And Geneviève, not wanting to disturb a client of this plush hotel, simply nods to her, politely, if shyly.

She's still busy with her awe-filled observation of the place.

T: But by all means, feel free to poke her!

"What are you looking for?" Amber asks, still keeping her position.

She turns, and cuts the distance - because being loud in the lobby, with all this echo, is so unseemly.

"Oh, I was just admiring the hotel, Madame."

She smirks a little.

"I'm Amber."

"And I am Geneviève." She smiles. "I am Madame Émery's daughter, you might have noticed the shop, down the road?"
