Jake has no idea that he's met The Master. He thinks he's met the Eleventh Doctor. And so, he has no idea that he's been hypnotized, made to tell everything he knows about the Doctor, and ordered to watch the Doctor and report what he does to The Master. He's fortunately(?) no longer actively hypnotized, so there's nothing visibly different about him as he goes about his day, unconciously keeping an eye open for the Doctor(s).
