Jenny had decided she'd been cooped up in the hotel too long and a bit of fresh air would be nice. So she changed into clothes more appropriate for beach walking and headed out.

She saw the puppy first before she saw his owner. "Oh, aren't you a sweet thing?"

Chance bounces around like a happy little psychotic demon puppy on crack to greet Jenny.

Lucy crouches down and grabs his collar to keep him from bouncing all over. "I'm sorry, he gets a little excited around new people."

"No, it's okay," Jenny said, smiling. She pet Chance a few times then looked up. "He's a sweet boy. What's his name?"

Lucy keeps a grip on his collar so he doesn't bounce all over Jenny. "Chance. I'm trying to teach him some manners, but he's kinda... resistant to the idea."

"Chance. I like that name." She gave him one more pet then stood up. "I'm Jenny, by the way. Nice to meet you."

"Since Valentines Day," Lucy replies. "What about you?"

Jenny made a face. "Oh, a couple of weeks now. I can't decide if I like this place or not."
