He is, of course, startled when he enters. It wasn't Terminus, it was too elegant to be Terminus. A hand moved with care to the laser strapped to his hip and rested there...just in case. He would be ready. It isn't every day you turn a corridor in a hospital ship and find yourself in the lobby of a hotel instead

"Olvir? Is that you?" The Doctor beamed.

"Doctor. A familiar face." He grinned to the man, moving his hand from his weapon. "How are you?"

The Doctor extended his hand to the young man, "I'm fine, and yourself? How has Terminus been treating you?"

Olvir accepted the hand and shook, firmly. "It's good to hear it. I'm well enough, I should say. Life on Terminus is difficult; Kari left when she was able and I chose to stay. So I can't complain. Things are getting better though. It's an honour to be able to watch things change, to help them change."

"I can imagine it must be difficult, I am glad you decided to stay...if only for Nyssa's sake..." He put his hand back in his pocket and nodded towards the front desk, "you should find a key with your name on it over there."

"She needs someone there, someone to tell her to rest and to take care of herself." Olvir sighed. He looked to the desk and moved to collect his key before returning. "How long have you been here, Doctor?"

"She can get caught up in her work yes." Sounds like a certain Gallifreyan we all know. The Doctor shrugged a little, "about two months or so now give or take of course."

"She's always been like than, then?" he paused a moment. "She would wish for me to send her greetings to you. She misses you. ...Though, she's here, isn't she? Just...not how I know her." He made a face. "That long? There's a way back, right?"

A nod, "thank you Olvir. I've been missing her too in my time line." Another nod, "yes, she's here. Not long before you know her though, in fact, as far as I can gather one event that was to send her to Terminus brought her here instead." The Doctor ran a hand through his hair, "Yes, my TARDIS disappeared on arrival."

"She's...something else. Easy to adore, easy to miss." He made a face. "This will be difficult. Meeting her all over again. Things might not go as they did..." He listened to the man, intently. "...Disappeared? Perhaps it will show up soon?"

"She's a wonderful person." A raised eyebrow, "difficult? I can imagine...I'm sure she'll understand if you explain it to her." The Doctor put his hands in his pockets, "I can only hope."

"I don't think there are many people who will voluntarily stay aboard a ship of Lazars. No selfish reasons for it at all. She's mad." He nodded. "Difficult. That's a year I have to make up for and ah, well. I can't very well tell her the half of it." He nodded again. "It'll turn out alright, I'm sure."

"Mad? I know quite a few people who'd say she learnt from the best." A good-natured grin on his face. "Everything usually does turn out for the best. She has a room in the hotel, I'm sure there's a record of where she is if you wish to visit her."

"It's fond, I assure you. Well, do you suppose she did indeed learn it from the best?" He's amused now, a hand on his hip. "I'll be sure to do that then." He pauses. "I don't suppose you happen to know the man with the bright hair?" He means, of course, Turlough.

"Perhaps, or perhaps she learnt it on her own." the Doctor chuckled slightly. "Hmmmm? You mean Turlough?" Because really, who else did he know with bright red hair?

"Well. It could be a bit of both." He grins. "I'm not sure, he didn't give his name. He knows Nyssa so I assumed he knew you..."
