Jason knows you're supposed to see a white light, a tunnel and all that stuff, but when he opens his eyes after he thought he might've been closing them for the last time, he finds himself staring at a bright blue sky. That's understandable, but then he hears... water? And he smells the salt air?
... shit he's in hell. He's in hell and he's on a yacht with his father. That is eternal hell.
He runs a hand through his hair, turning to take in his surroundings.
He hopes, distantly, that maybe he isn't dead. Maybe all of that was just a bad dream; maybe this is the reality, where everything is easy -- where he's normal, doesn't have to worry about fitting in. But with the way his life runs ran, he doesn't put much hope into that.
Typist: Jason from bare, taken from the end of the musical. Cut for spoilers to the end of bare.
