Still looking very weirded out. Dead girls (even old friends) and ships where there shouldn't be any... He can probably be forgiven for being like this.
He wants to ask if she's been okay, but that seems a stupid question. She was dead.
He notices. He's used to noticing those sort of things, because he kind of has to. And he tilts his head to one side, frowning at her a little.
"You need something?" he asks gently. He does have some stuff on him, actually - after all, he'd just walked here off the street, so... Where he's going to get more, when he runs out, is another matter, and one he's not going to think about right now.
"Right." He tucks it into the palm of his hand, but doesn't put it back in his pocket. He glances around slowly, with a faintly sardonic smile. "And you can't get it around here, I guess?"
He's got stuff, but he doesn't share. Even with April. He's not stupid.
"Not that I know of." April's trying not to watch his hand. She knows he's got his own stuff, but sharing needles was probably what got her into her problems... anyway, if she's still sick, even though she's dead, she doesn't want Luther to get it. "I mean, I'm sure there's an infirmiry, but how're we gonna lift needles and shit from there?"
In utter shock.
Oh, la. He probably heard that she'd died. Most of Alphabet City did, though she doesn't know it.

"I heard you died, sweetheart."
