"Well, Fred, what do you do around here for fun?" laughs Lucy. She smiles comfortably at the the young man's comforting prescence.

*laughs* It'd be nice if I had time for fun, miss.

"Well why not take a little time while we still have it?" smiles Lucy. "After all, if life isn't fun, it isn't life anymore, it's just work."

*smiles* A nice idea, but if some of us want to eat, we have to work.

"And who pays your wages on this god-forsaken vessel, captain?" she giggles.

"Well, you seem to have most of the people on this ship at a disadvantage, sir," Lucy smiles.

"Well, for one you know the owner of this magnificent vessel," Lucy purrs childishly. "Last I heard it was some mystery."

*laughs* Well, I hope I haven't spoiled the great mystery, then.

"Pity. I do love a good mystery. Where is your capitain then?"

Captain Smith? He'd be in his quarters, I'd imagine. Don't ask me *grins* I'm just a stoker.

"Come, not all of us could be stokers, so there must be some kind of pride you take in your work," Lucy says sweetly.
