Lestat saunters into the hall of the Mansion and stops short when he reaches its centre. Then placing his hands on his hips, he shouts to no one in particular. "I'm rather bored, and could use an adventure to pass the time. Does anyone know of where I can find one? Preferably one that is grand and world changing, but I'll settle for something less

Will: *toddles in* Es-tat! Pretty! *makes a wobbly baby beeline to him*

*April is, of course, not far behind, laughing* I think he's rather attached himself to you.

"If it isn't my pretty boy, come here," Lestat bends down and scoops him up, touching his hair lightly. "How was your day, my love?"

He nods to April with a grin. "Seems to be, doesn't he? I don't know why. Perhaps he knows that children aren't my taste. Or perhaps I should say, they're no longer my taste. No, I'll just say that there is only _one_ who is currently to my tastes."

Will: *babbles happily about his day, various understandable words being "Cee", "Mama", "Kitty", and "Mar" (Mark), among others*

*laughs a little* Well, I'm thankful for that, at least.

"Oh really? That sounds positively exciting. What a full day you've had!" Lestat smiles, bouncing Will on his hip.

"And how has your day been, cherie? Did you have your date last night after all, or did you spend your late night hours thinking of me?" He asks huskily, giving her the 'come hither' eyes.

*April rolls her eyes slightly - she's geting used to the Lestat-flirting* *okay, but she does blush a little* I slept last night. Quite well. *she makes a face* I haven't been feeling too good lately.

*she's pregnant - doesn't know it*

Lestat frowns in concern. "Not well? Should you perhaps get yourself looked at by a doctor? I keep forgetting how frail you mortals are. So very delicate. But that's what makes you all the more beautiful," he smiles warmly at her.

I'm sure it's just a cold or something. *she smiles and shakes her head* Thanks for your concern, though.

Will: *curiously* Boot-ful?

"And what are your plans for today? Going to go out and have another night out on the town?" he laughs. "Need someone to watch our strapping young lad here?"

At that he squeezes Will and kisses him on the cheek. "Yes, my boy, beautiful. Same as pretty. Only better," he grins.

Will: Mama boot-ful! *happy flail - yey kiss!*

Probably not. *stifles a yawn* I'll make dinner, we'll eat at home, we'll sleep. Been pretty tired.

"Really? Hmmm, is that a recent change? You usually seem so... energetic?" Lestat shrugs. "That's right Will, your mama is very beautiful." He smiles warmly.

Mmm. Past few weeks. Hits off and on. *stifles another yawn* I'm probably just worn out from chasing that little guy around.

"He doesn't seem like much of a handful to me. And he's certainly never done any running while I was around," he grins. "Why is that, Will? Always have to be attached to your Lestat by the hip?"

Will: *happy grin* Es-tat!

"Yes love, that's me," Lestat laughs, kissing the bouncing boy on the cheek and ruffling his soft hair. "You're the smartest young lad I've ever met."

He's sharp as nails, that one. *smiles proudly* And he likes being held when he's not home. At home, though... *makes a little weary noise* It's hard keeping him out of trouble.

"Ah, so you give mummy trouble then, do you?" He pokes Will in the cheeks and laughs. "Good boy, you keep her on your toes." He grins incorrigibly at April.
