"Evil. It is hard to say what kind, it keeps to the shadows."

Anárion looks at him for a long time, his face grave - this man seems familiar.

Again, there is a resemblance. Whereas he recognized Elendil, simply because he's had a chance to observe, this one is a stranger, and despite the familiar appearance, he will once again exercise caution.

"Aptly said."

[elendilson]

"Thank you. From your words I may assume that you have found out?"

Anárion, too, is cautious and somewhat more gruff than usual - after all, who'd trust a rugged stranger just come from the wilds, even though he looks like a man of Númenor? Enough them worshipped the Enemy...

[ranger_estel]

He studies Anárion intently, it's becoming a trend.

"Are you related to the man they call Elendil?"

[elendilson]

He arches an eyebrow. "Who is asking that question?"

[ranger_estel]

"... I am."

Mun: >.<

[elendilson]

"Then one who may or may not be the son of this... Elendil would welcome an answer."

See him smirk ever so slightly.

Typist: XD

[ranger_estel]

He actually laughs at that, a sound that hasn't been heard often.

"Well met... son of Elendil. Or not."

Mun: ... this could get -very- interesting.

[elendilson]

He nods.

"Well met, unnamed one. Would you share the information you have gathered?"

Typist: It already is. XD And Aragorn's awesome.

[ranger_estel]

"I would. I am Aragorn, son of Arathorn. Chieftain of the Dúnedain."

That, at least, is a word Anárion should recognize.

"What is it you wish to know?"

[elendilson]

He does, and now is the time for courtesy. Anárion bows.

"Anárion son of Elendil. King of Gondor. Well met indeed -- you have found out what evil haunts the forest, and where its lair is?"

[ranger_estel]

"Nothing that should surprise any who pay attention. Wargs, trolls. Uruk-hai. Orcs. I have yet to discover where they come from, though I have found tracks."
