She is a poised woman of indeterminate age. Very neat in her clothing, and with a friendly manner. She arrives through the front door, like most residents, but it is clear that she is a new arrival when she blinks and pauses upon seeing her surroundings. She remains calm, however, and calls out

"Ted? Nymphadora?"

When no reply is immediately forthcoming, she goes back and opens the door again, and is even more puzzled when it reveals gardens that she's never seen before in her life and not the hallway in her own home that she left just moments ago.
