And here we have a Narcissa, holding a baby and looking very confused. She knows it's her baby, but doesn't know how the baby came to be, or whose it even is.
As far as she can remember, she's still married to Lucius, though she does have some vague, fuzzy memories of being in a hospital, having a baby and holding someone else's hand.
