MOD NOTICE
After discussing a great deal in this entry, we've finally come to a conclusion. Much of it is detailed in this entry, but for those who don't want to read my rambling, I'll highlight the main points below. ;)
All characters should be active at least once every 4 weeks, unless it's stated that the typist is on hiatus. (If you want to make a hiatus!post, feel free to post on desperatelyooc.) Both comments and journal entries count, but chat activity does not.
All typists looking to pick up an inactive character should post an inquiry on desperatelyooc, where it will be determined whether said character has been active in the past 4 weeks or not.
This rule will go into effect on August 14th.
In other words, if you don't have popular characters, you probably don't have anything to worry about, even if you don't post every 4 weeks with them, but it would be a good idea to do so.
Also: I'd like to request that all characters who are in both theatrical_muse and this community LJ-cut their TM writings. It clutters up the friends-list less, that way. Thanks!
