Greetings. Forgive me for asking, but why are you called after a small animal? And, for that matter, why does your friend's hobby share a name of an insect?

*looks slightly confused...usually, no one thinks to question the nickname* Well, I -- it was something Raffles called me at school. Said it fit my personality -- I was always rather shy and retiring in school. *he looks a little flustered* As to your second question, er -- well, cricket is...it's a sport, milady, a good English sport, too....actually, I haven't the foggiest notion why it's called 'cricket'. It's got nothing to do with the insect, of course....I suppose it's just one of those queer things about the Queen's English.

Are you still rabbitlike in personality? *gives him a very inquisitive look*

I would like to see how your 'cricket' is played. I have not heard of it before.

*the look of confusion deepens -- clearly he hasn't thought about this much*

Well...I suppose....I suppose I must be, since Raffles still calls me that...er.

*Trails off, then siezes on a different subject*

I...suppose you could catch a cricket match any given Saturday on the Green...they're a bit complex, though. I don't quite know all the nuances myself. *rueful smile*

I am sure that it is something that one can understand by watching it enough times. Hopefully, someone will be playing cricket nearby here soon.
