There is just not much to do around this place and I am bored bored bored. So to all of you out there: I know some of you must have interesting tales to tell. Adventures you've been through. Exciting and dashing and all that rot. Nothing fanciful if it's made up, mind you. I only want to hear what you've really done. So go on. Do tell

My sister and I are orphans. I live in Paris.

So tell me about Paris.

It's a huge city, hundreds of years old. I've run almost all over the city.

The cathederals are beautiful though the priests don't like children running around and playing. There's monuments and statues in huge parks where the rich people go for walks. And catacombs--though I've never been in those. There are so many dead people at Les Innocents that they have to move out the old bodies and put them into tunnels to make room for the new ones.

*wrinkles his nose at the remembered stench*
