It's dancing time!

Well! I shall be pleased to welcome anyone who wishes to come to Netherfield, for that's where the dance is being held. *smiles and gestures to the front door* There is food inside, along with plenty of room for dancing and an orchestra. I certainly hope you will all enjoy yourselves very much.

*enters the room dressed in a long robe of black over black pants, a dark red shirt, and black vest; is quite classy, to say the least - and the plothole is a wonderful thing after all* *senses Ariel from the moment he steps in, but moves amongst the people, allowing him to have his fun* *finds a comfortable seat and sits, leaning his walking stick (silver, with an ebony knob at the top) against the chair, as a staff might have been too much to carry*

*sees Prospero enter, and after a while moves towards him* *doesn't speak, but does run a gentle hand through his hair and rests close by*

*feels that hand in his hair and lets a smile play on his lips, resting back against the chair* Ah, Ariel.. you are beginning to find my weak spots..

*watches the people around them, especially the dancers* *after a while, exclusively watches the dancing, carefully observing the steps, the way they hold their hands...* *jumps up and to the front of Prospero's chair, laughing, and pulls him up and toward the dancers*

*is visible now, probably to anyone, and dressed in something he has deemed appropriate based on what everyone else is wearing, probably a simple, if vaguely 18th century, suit* *takes another glance at the dancers as he arranges their hands for a waltz*

*blinks, bewlidered at Ariel's sudden actions and the pulling of him from his chair* *grins and laughs as they near the dance floor, letting him arrange their hands appropriately before he smiles, his eyes bright* Shall I lead, my dear one?

*begins to lead the waltz with Ariel, watching his face as they dance across their little space on the floor; absolutely delighted to see Ariel so happy, so bright, and can't help beaming, himself*

*as they dance, at first continues to watch the other couples swirl around them like flower petals being blown around, then slowly loses interest in favor of Prospero* *shifts closer to him and leans his head against his shoulder as they dance*

*holds Ariel closer, slowing the dance unconciously* *becomes overwhelmed with a blurr of emotions - want, need, love, passion, tenderness - and almost wants to stop dancing just to hold Ariel close to his body, to bestow kisses upon his face* *continues to dance, even so*

*nods, a bit relieved that he didn't move anything wrong, and kisses Prospero's cheek lightly as the pace picks up again*

*dances swiftly, concentrated on Ariel and not much else* *is hit with the same emtions he felt previously once more, and is almost tempted to take Ariel into the gardens for their own private waltz*

*laughs as they whirl around and lets his head fall back a bit, eyes half closed and a smile on his face* *loving every minute of this, and hopes this isn't the only time they will dance*

*grins stupidly to himself, watching the other and his joy* *suddenly decides that yes, he will take Ariel into the gardens for a dance* *slows their movements and murmurs softly* Wish for a dance in the gardens, Ariel? The wind and the rustle of leaves will be our music, and the moon our light.

*brings his head back up and beams at Prospero* *murmurs* Yes...it sounds beautiful. *kisses Prospero lightly and gives him a gentle tug toward the gardens*
