*Two young Elves enter and look around curiously. Eventually they look at each other, shrug and bow in a somewhat exaggerated manner showing that they find all this etiquette stuff rather ridiculous*

Well hello! We are the youngest sons of Fëanor and Nerdanel. Two for the price of one. The final message to our parents that they wouldn't beget a daughter no matter how often they tried. I am Telufinwë Ambarussa, and he's Umbarto -

- Ambarto!

- very well, Pityafinwë Ambarto. Originally, we were both named Ambarussa, so if you don't know which is which, just call us by that name, we both listen to it. We also listen to Diriel (yes, I know that it sounds like a girl's name. Shut up already.) and -

Damrod - what was mother thinking?! -

- or Amras and Amrod. Take your pick, really; it's all the same to us.

Except I really don't want to be called Umbarto.

We guess you know about our father - he's not exactly the unobtrusive kind - and his jewels and oath and the kinslaying. To think how often we were punished for innocent pranks, but did we ever steal ships or -

Telvo!

- very well, very well, I didn't say anything. Did you hear anything? Right.
Now you know who we are, 'tis only fair that you tell us whom we are dealing with.

Typist: So, now we have 5 out of 7! I have no idea what compelled me to take these two, but oh well.
And I'm still undecided whether I stick with the Silmarillion version of both of them sticking around until the assault at Sirion, or with the History of Middle-earth version of Amrod burning with the ships. I suspect it'll be the latter, though, because we all know I can't resist the additional angst. Also, am still battling with the names. Too many sources saying too many different things. Oh well. Just call them Ambarussa and be done with.
