Hello! *waves* My name is John Chambers, but you can call me Jake. There's a lady who works for us who calls me 'Bama sometimes, but you can call me Jake. I'm from... well I don't really remember. I mean I know where I'm from, but I don't remember too much about it. There was a place, a high place with lots of rooms. And a patio, a thing where you could stand and look at all the tall buildings. And at the water. And there was a statue of a lady in the water. She had a crown and she was holding... a torch... and a book. And there were things in the streets, that rode on the streets. Big blue and white ones and little yellow ones too. There were more statues in the windows, statues that sold clothes. And cement paths... I think I'm making all this up, but that's what I remember. Anyway, it's nice to be here. *smiles at everyone*

Typist: Jake from the Dark Tower series. As he was in The Gunslinger. I haven't finished the series, alas, but I'm working my way through it. I just love Jake, I wanted to snap him up before anyone else did. =)
