at least, that is if Mlle. Thropp will have me after how terribly cross and ill-tempered I have been toward her as of late. I do not know for how long we shall be gone or if we shall ever return.
On that note, I should like to inquire as to whether or not there is anyone in need of a flat in Paris. Mine shall be quite empty and if there were anyone in need of a place to stay for a while, I would be most obliged to have him or her look after the place while I am away. It is quite comfortable with a sitting room, a parlor, a dinning room, a master and guest bedroom, and a bathroom. If you should like to make use of the place, I shall leave the key tucked inside the alcove of the door, on a nail.
I shall try to answer any comments you leave for me, but it may be slow in happening - we are, as I understand, traveling on the back of a flying monkey so I am not certain how easily my poor typist shall be able to write.
