A note to you all: M. le Fantome may be my favorite person in this world. In the galaxy, even.

And I've managed to finally get the full story, and all I can say is: What kind of crack were you on, Christine?

ANYWAY.

I do have a question, so this isn't completely pointless--other than the fact that I've started, what's it called, fangirlboying ( Read more... )

Dorian Gray is, of course, a favorite companion of mine. ;)

I am also very fond of Courfeyrac, although I think at present he is quite displeased with me.

I would say I am sorry, but that would be a terrible lie. I have no regrets on the matter. Then again, I'm not exactly known for my sincerity, so . . .

I'm dreadfully sorry, dear fellow. I don't know what came over me. Is there any chance you'll forgive me?

A disadvantage indeed! Honesty gets one into the most dreadful situations.

Ah. I am so very tired of hearing "never." It reminds me of the women in my life. My wife will "never" forgive me, so of course she writes every day telling me how she misses me. My cousin will "never" forget Dorian, so she spends as much time with her husband as possible. It is quite ridiculous. However, while you are probably quite sure you will never forgive me at this moment, and thus being entirely honest, you may also quite honestly change your mind. And I am quite good at helping people to change their minds.
