What is all this? Are the adults really so bad? The ladies at least seem to be most gentle... I am really not made for fighting... I ran away from joining the army, after all. Imagine me, at 14, a captain! The count would do anything to be rid of me... It is men like he who give adults a bad name!
Ladies are all right, sometimes. You can get them to do whatever you want them to. Only other times, they make you go to bed really early and take baths and things.
Not with ladies, silly! When they make you go to bed they stay up late and talk with the other grown-ups, and when they make you take baths they just make you get clean. *shudders*
