My dear of a secretary has just come from class-- imagine, a young lady in University! how novel! -- where she spent two hours discussing The Picture of Dorian Gray. Harry, dear, you should have heard the things they were saying about you. And Mr. Gray! Why, I never! Honestly, I fear I my feminine sensibilities have barely remained intact. She and her classmates discussed whether Dorian and my husband had or wanted to have "relations." O.O Basil, darling, there was no lack of appreciation for you, rest assured. All I received was a brief mention and a laugh. How unbecoming.

My secretary managed, thankfully, not to reference any of the simply disgraceful things that have been happening in the DF Mansion recently. I would have positively died of embarrassment if she had tried to explain. However, she did not, I fear, have resolve enough to act as a proper lady would and avoid giggling when her instructor asked if anyone felt that the novel had "perverted" them. Other that this, she spent of her time... I believe the word used today is 'flailing.'

So I wonder: any of you whose secretaries might be students, have their academic pursuits been sullied by this rather charming community?
