This morning, the common areas of the mansion have been transformed. Everything is decked out in elaborate purple, green and gold decorations, there are plastic coins and strings of beads and decorated masks everywhere and a closet in the room is standing open with many fancy and opulent costumes of all kinds spilling out of it. Music is playing

It shouldn't, but something in some drink he picked up seems to have gone straight to Robb's head. He's sprawled on a couch, wearing a little plastic crown he found in the closet lopsided on his auburn hair, grinning rather expansively and looking more his age. Grey Wind isn't visible at the moment - all the people made him a bit skittish.

Viradechtis on the other hand isn't shy at all, and heads straight over to the buffet table to investigate. Something there might be tasty. Isolfr just laughs at her and waves at Robb when he sees him. "Hi! What's going on?"

Robb grins and raises the cup he's currently holding. "I'm not sure! Some kind of celebration." Sitting up and adjusting the little plastic crown to make it more crooked, and laughing a bit at Viradechtis.

Viradechtis makes sure that no one besides pack is paying attention before sneakily pulling a beef shank off the table and settling under the table like an oversided dog to gnaw on it. Isolfr looks over to make sure she's got something all right for her to eat before looking curiously at Robb's drink. "Looks like it. What've you got?"

"Just ale," he says, looking at it too. "It seems to be...more or less a do-what-you-like day."

Isolfr grins and goes to get himself a drink as well, probably the same thing as Robb. "You're probably right. It's nice change from winter, though."

"It is that," he agrees with a bit of a grin back. "Don't have many celebrations like this at Winterfell."

"We don't have anything like this at the Wolfheall, with all the decorations and the beads." He pauses, looks at Robb and laughs as he reaches over to poke the crown. "Or the costumes."

"Hey, my crown," with a little mock scowl. "That's King in the North to you." And then he just laughs and has another drink of his ale. "The decorations and the beads look like a southern thing," eying them thoughtfully. "It's kind of how I thought King's Landing would look when I was younger. Costumes and colors and jewelry."

The smile almost falters, but he shakes it off. "I wonder what it's for."

"Who knows. Some kind of holiday, maybe?" He grins and pokes at the crown again. "The King in the North doesn't have any power over the Wolfsprechend of Franangford!" He laughs as he takes another sip, then reaches to try to steal the crown.

"Probably something like that." Another sip, and then Robb tries to scramble backwards, holding onto the crown. "The Wolf-what of what?"

He laughs. "The wolfsprechend of Franangford. Umm..." He points at Viradechtis. "Viradechtis is konigenwolf of the Franangford pack. That means, it's her pack, she leads it. I'm her brother, that makes me wolfsprechend."

"Oh," he says, actually looking interested. "I think I understand. What about the...other people in your pack, where do they stand?"

"Well, the konigenwolf chooses a consort, and that makes his brother Wolfjarl." He pauses, working on how to explain everything. "The Wolfjarl keeps the men together, the Wolfsprechend does the same for the wolves, and together we lead the pack. Except Viradechtis loves attention, so she chose two." He grins at his sister. "The wolves settle the ranks among themselves, who has senority over others, but mostly everyone works together for hunting and scouting and things like that..." It's strange, having to explain from nothing. "What's it like where you're from, King in the North?" He grins.

He nods. "I think I understand. It's not really that different from..." He frowns a little, biting his lip, almost. "You don't have any lords or Kings or what have you where you're from?"

He's a little surprised by the question, and shrugs. "Well, the Jarls govern the cities, and the Wolfjarls do the same for the Wolfhealls..."
