Crackplot

Karla has never been a firm believer in avoiding anything. As someone who tends to face problems head on, she thinks that people around here do altogether too much avoiding of them. In order to help with this, a room somewhere near the main one is surrounded with a Tangled Web, intricately and carefully woven and almost entirely invisible.

Anyone who steps into the room may find themselves seeing, suddenly, someone they have wanted to see for years, perhaps someone left behind or even dead, perfectly replicated from memory and solid, but only for a few moments before the image fades without speaking.

Some less lucky souls - or luckier, depending on how one looks at it - may step into the room and instead find themselves face to face with the person they wanted least to see ever again - old enemies, just as perfectly replicated in every detail, fully mobile, and almost human. But none of the figures can be touched, and they both fade - which might be even eerier.

Because Karla believes in facing people, and when that can't be arranged...illusions will do.

T: So - yeah, basically, like a Mirror of Erised room, focused to see people, and with the flip side. Have fun.
