It is Sibyl Vane (well, Gray now, for all intents and purposes), and she is diligently going over her lines for Cyrano's play. Well, of course Cyrano has to come by.

He'll stop and sit quietly on the stairs, and clear his throat.

"An engaging read, Mrs. Gray?"

She glances up, smiling.

"Oh, quite! It's this very lovely play, you see, and very fascinating!"

[cyranosavignien]

"No doubt you have an appreciation for such things, seeing as you clearly have the spirit required for such endeavors."

[shadowofarose]

"It makes it even easier to appreciate, because it's such a lovely play."

And she holds it up to show him just which play she's been studying.

Oh, Sybil....

He bows, low. "Your praise honors me, Madam. I could not have dreamt more elegant and precious source for it."

She giggles just slightly. "I was only being honest, sir!"

[cyranosavignien]

"Then it is doubly appreciated." He grins. "How have you been coming along?"

[shadowofarose]

"Very well, I think! Of course, memorizing is never easy, but I think it has been coming along nicely."

[cyranosavignien]

"That is excellent news. The rehearsals were quite satisfactory, I will admit."

[shadowofarose]

"Yes, very! I hope we're all living up to your expectations, sir."

[cyranosavignien]

"I could not have hoped for a more dedicated troop. We will be setting dates, soon, however, for the representation."

T: Is there a particular time that would work well for you?

[shadowofarose]

She claps her hands, beaming. "Oh, wonderful!"

[It's hard to say. I always have so much stuff going on haha. The earliest I'll be around for any consistent amount of time is probably not until Thanksgiving.]

"No doubt you will be perfect by then. What do you think of the costumes?"

They have been delivered by Zara a while back - one can assume the troop did get to try them on.

T: Clearly, I fail at HTML. Maybe that could be a good date all together. I was thinking of making a post with Cyrano's journal that said in general terms that the play was going on, and inviting those who were in it to tag, and anyone else to come congratulate, discuss, or whatever. Thoughts?
