All this looks very interesting, and perhaps a little exciting to the little Prince. So he makes his way over to Rosencrantz and his kites, peering at all the different sizes and shapes.

it makes ros grin wide -- it always does, to see someone as interested in the silly things he makes as he is. "oh, yes -- ! not right now, of course -- except that one, it's got a little wind in its wings, hasn't it? -- but when they do fly, they fly --"

The Prince chose a boxish looking one and studied it carefully, then turned back to Rosencrantz. "Please sir, could you show me how to fly it?"
