There's someone new outside, inspecting the grounds. He's clad in slightly dusty jeans and a worn-looking flannel shirt, complete with a cowboy hat. He eyes the house for a minute, looking speculative, then decides to wander in, though he knows he'll feel out of place. He's not-quite handsome, with curly hair and teeth that are a little too large in his smile, but he laughs easy and is generally laid-back.

"Well. What kind a place is this?"
