Sitting in the grandest chair he can find, Shinou is in the main room of the Mansion. A sign is near him in Murata's handwriting that says:

~ RECEIVE BLESSINGS ON COUPLES HERE FOR VALENTINE'S DAY ~

The King looks vaguely uncomfortable about the sign but the Sage said it was a good idea and so he sits and waits for people to come and be blessed.
