Karla figures since Khary brought her downstairs it doesn't count as work, and that potion of Gabrielle's really did help. Not to mention snuggling with Armand. But everyone is so damn unhappy right now, and that is just not okay with a rather cheerful witch. So, after bullying Khary into doing what she wants, she's settled into a chair, reading a book and sipping a cup of tea made by Jaenelle earlier.
Behind her, on a table, is a tray of chocolates, sorted into different types neatly, with a sign that reads TAKE ONE - HOLIDAY CHEER.
The plain milk chocolates will simply induce a feeling of extreme euphoria. Extreme euphoria.
The dark chocolate will cause anyone who eats it to enjoy a strange compulsion to hug everyone in the vicinity around them for several hours afterwards.
The orange chocolate will cause whoever has the slightest bit of it to feel a sudden and overwhelming compassion for their worst enemy, and a desire to seek them out and apologize immediately.
The caramel filled chocolates cause someone's suppressed inhibitions to suddenly be relaxed, and if they have enough of it, to be gone altogether.
Finally the peppermint bark will cause an impromptu song-and-dance session, and the urge to force everyone passing by to join in.
Typist: Sorry. She wanted to do something nice? Khary: *cringes* Anyway. Have fun!
