The Mansion....has rabbits. Lots of rabbits. Hundreds of rabbits.

There's also a vague smell of alcohol.

"Whoah! It's, like....a building."
"Yeah! A big building."
"The ceiling's, like...four hundred feet high."
"...Wait, what?"
"Does anyone else see all the spiders?"
"A building, man!"
"Hey, wait, where'd it come from?"
"Shit, I dunno. Think they got any booze?"
"...Wait, what?"

One rabbit, bigger than the rest, with a pierced nose and seemingly more together than the rest, stands on his hind legs and tries to get the others to pay attention.

"Hey, hey, shut up guys! This is serious! We weren't here and then we were. That's just...not normal."
"...Wait, what?"
"Shut up! We need to come up with a plan."
"Like...a party?"
"Yeah! Party! Whooo!"
"WHOOOOO!!"

Typist: Yeah, need anymore gods? This bunch are the Centzon Totochtin (Four Hundred Rabbits), the Aztec patron gods of drunkenness. This is not surprising, considering their mother is the goddess of Pulque (forerunner of tequila) and their father discovered peyote. Each of them represents one of the infinite forms intoxication can take. As a whole, though, they are over-fond of parties. There are two notable Totochtin. Ometochtli (Two-Rabbit), who you've already met, is the leader of the group. The other, Macuiltochtli (Five-Rabbit), is a symbol of the danger of over-indulgence, and, as a result, is quite a bit messed up.

To summarize: Ometochtli and the Centzon Totochtin, the original party animals.
