Crackplot!

Sep 13, 2007 18:57

It's not entirely obvious what Jaenelle was trying to do, but it seems to have leaked out of the room she is working in and spread out into the mansion in a sort of lavender, sweet smelling mist. It's relaxing, warm, and very pleasant. One drawback, though - if one breathes in even a little of it, they may become some sort of animal - probably one ( Read more... )

Khary just keeps finding these things. He's actually looking for Jaenelle when he walks around a corner and finds himself surrounded by purple mist. Waving his hand at it, he has a moment to wonder what's going to happen now before he is very suddenly puppyified. As a herding dog, of course. So he's just sort of standing here, a Sapphire Jewel still around his furry neck, and looking very, very bemused.

Ladvarian was trotting through the mansion when he came across the young pup. *What have we here!*

T: Keeping him inactive is pretty much a crime when you have this sort of crackplot.

Khary almost falls over himself gamboling over to Ladvarian and giving him a cheerful, friendly lick. *Ladvarian - it's me, Khary! I have paws!*

*So you do!* He replies, endlessly amused, he'd had his turn as a human, now it was everyone else's turn as non-human.

The lavender mist wafts past a matched pair of redheaded Elves and makes them sneeze, when they open their eyes again they're much closer to the ground. The equally identical red Irish Setters sniff at each other curiously and then they're off and running, playing chase through the mansion and grounds.

Some things simply cannot be escaped and Tristran is now a dormouse. He scurries around for a bit, a wary look in his inky black eyes before eventually finding an out of the way place to curl up in and sleep.

We're afraid that Jaenelle can't really help in her current state, but she notices a rather familiar smelling dormouse and finds his hiding place and putting her head down to it to make sure that he's still okay. After all, she does feel a bit guilty about all this, and especially since he just arrived.

Tristran wakes up, blinks at her a few times, then goes back to sleep.

Melisande is not going to happy about this. She is drinking wine when the mist curls toward her. She takes a deep breath of the sweet mist and a moment later the glass drops to the floor and crunches under a large, black paw belonging to a large, black panther. Large, black, and royally pissed off.

We are sorry, Lucivar. Well, not really.

However, there is now a very angry looking golden eagle perched on the back of a formerly Eyrien occupied chair, claws digging into the wood and Ebon-Gray jewel sparking rather alarmingly.

Altra is a very large cat, though he can hide that when he wants. He's not as big as most wildcats, but he doesn't look like easy prey.

He's most curious about the sudden appearance of animals in the house, and stalks up to the eagle. His way of speaking mind to mind is different, but he hopes it is sufficient. What happened to you?

Lucivar opens and closes his wings in a very annoyed manner. He can understand the cat, even if it is a little fuzzy, and adjusts his own mind voice according to send his reply back on the same thread. Someone thought this would be amusing, no doubt.

The eagle is smart. Altra had thought so. He prowls around the base of the chair. People don't always think about the result of pranks. Are you well enough that way?
