The self-styled General Jinjur has not been seen in some time, it's true. But as one of those denizens of the mansion who seems to have no trouble making her way to and from her home country, maybe she has spent the missed time there. She has her uniform still, but it is not so crisp and neat as it once looked. This does not seem to trouble her, though. Whatever else she has been doing since she was seen last, it appears Jinjur has been scheming as well.
Any woman who passes, especially pretty young ones, can expect to have her arm seized by the diminutive, brightly clad general, who will ask breathlessly and without any sort of preface, "Do you feel oppressed by the cruel, unjust men in your life or here in the mansion?"
Men, on the other hand, will simply receive a cool stare down her nose-- as much, anyway, as a Munchkin can manage to look literally down on anyone.
