Meet Theo Mandros, a man with a pleasant look, dressed in white, the sort who goes in for good food and poetry (and notes, of all things) and gives the impression of being, more than anything, incredibly, achingly human (ironic, then, that he is in fact an angel.) Mr. Mandros likes people and people like him, and in his own little corner of human life there are few bartenders who won't pour a drink or two on the house for him, so he watches new faces passing by with interest easily mistaken for that of a newcomer. He was here once before, but it's been some time, and he would welcome the chance to meet those who arrived in his absence.
Typist: So, since he was around before, I'm assuming he still does not count for the duplicates rule? If anyone disagrees, I am more than happy to discuss it with them. :) And Theo/Raph is from Glen Duncan's I, Lucifer.
