"I wouldn't trust them if I were you."

"I trust them more than I trust wizards." Tom is slowly edging away.

[dracoslytherin]

"You're not very bright then."

[notallworthy]

He shakes his head. "Wizards kill people. They killed Richard. But I trust Sweeney and Wednesday and Mabon."

"I've been killed here by both a god and a wizard... well, a witch anyway. You know Sweeney?"

Nod nod. Tom looks a little happier, Sweeney is one of the people that he automatically trusts. "Yes. I like him."

[dracoslytherin]

"Sweeney's a good friend of mine."

[notallworthy]

"Yes. Sweeney helped me after it happened." 'Help' here meaning; 'gave me a drink.'

[dracoslytherin]

"Helped, did he? Did he make you do something for this help?" Draco hasn't known Sweeney to be overly generous.

"No. We're friends."

[dracoslytherin]

"Hm. What do you want from the gods anyway? Maybe I can help you there instead."

"Nothing. No more wizards, please."

He raises an eyebrow. "You don't trust me?"

[notallworthy]

"No." But it should be fairly easy to see that Tom's level of crazy is pretty much stopping him from trusting anyone. (And he remembers how Draco zapped him last time.)

"Can't you at least tell me what your problem is?"

"That is my problem. I want to be the way I was before it happened."
