Keeping in mind that even with all the new arrivals lately people here didn't trust food lying around, Draco has put charms on the chairs in the main room of the Mansion. He's sitting casually on one - but that's the only safe one.

Sitting in the following chairs will result in:

The corner chairs: the person will feel very good and very confident

Shreve wandered into the main room with nothing to do, as he often did. The only other person around was that boy Malfoy, the fellow who was here from a time just under a century after Shreve's own and was some kind of wizard. Shreve sat down in a chair in the corner by a window and started reading. After a while he put the book down in a sudden state of boredom. He felt like going out and doing something, but he couldn't think of anything to go out and do. This frustrated him. Shreve looked around the room. Mr Malfoy was still there. Shreve realised that he really felt like fighting him. Almost against his will, he stood up and started approaching the wizard.

He raises an eyebrow at the approach. "Hello again..."

Deep down, Shreve didn't know why he wanted to fight the wizard. He didn't know what he expected to get out of it. But no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't seem to make himself stop: neither if it meant turning around and sitting back down nor if it meant restraining himself from making a bold but incompetent attempt to hit Draco Malfoy…

He does manage to dodge that - just - and scrambles out of the chair. "What are you doing?" He says furiously. He doesn't realise yet that the charms he put on the chairs may have unwanted side effects...

Pasha, trying to avoid the others in the room, sits in the middle chair. Then he doesn't want to get up, though he's not sleeping yet.

He glances at what seems to be a more relaxed man and looks pleased with himself.

Pasha settles back and decides to people watch. Odd that. He normally hates people.

...stays exactly the same, surprise, surprise. he was already singing "I Got Rhythm," anyway :D*

O'Leary Montagu did not sit down in any chair. He did not dance, did not act impulsively, did not fall asleep.

However, he did watch the singing, dancing Buzz Hauser with much confusion.

"Malfoy, what are you up to?" Gideon doesn't sound angry or suspicious, merely curious. And he hasn't sat down yet.

He raises an eyebrow at him. "Why, nothing..."

Scratching his chin, Gideon looks around. "Are you sure about that?"

"I'm just sitting here," he replies, trying to look innocent.
