This is Marius looking up sharply from where he's reading -- he's on the grass, outside, it was a perfect day for reading -- and doesn't quite yelp. "Courfeyrac! What...?"

Typist: OMGOMGOMG I LOVE YOU HI. :D :D

He turns swiftly, arms held wide. "What d'you mean, what? I haven't even begun to embarrass you yet." His indignation is not very convincing.

He's going to get a tacklehug, of course -- and a tight one, too. "No, but I've missed you. Where've you been?" Marius is not quite bouncing.

Courfeyrac rocks a little with the impact, and thumps him kindly on the back. "I'm sure I've no idea. What the devil are you sitting out here in the wet for?"

Marius pulls back, then, looking amused. "I was reading." After a pause -- we should know by now Marius can't go long without mentioning Cosette (and, of course, there's a beam). "Did you see Cosette?"

"Who?" That's what you get, Marius, for being secretive all those decades ago.

Oh, dear. Now that he's been given an excuse to ramble, he may never stop. "My wife!" Yes, he's still beaming. "The girl in the park, the angel--!"
