She enters with grace that one would not expect from someone covered in blood as she is. Some is the Cat's, and some her sister's, but most of the thick red stuff is her own. It's in her red hair, on her pale cheeks, all across her dress and staining the sword she carries ( Read more... )

Gallantry strikes again. He doesn't wish to interrupt her reunion, but he says politely, with concern, "Miss? Are you all right?" He never made it to full doctor, but he knows quite a bit about medicine. The bits he was paying attention to, anyway, but that much blood is definitely not a good sign.

A pause. She bites her lip, gently. "I feel fine, Sir. The injuries seemed to have healed themselves...I'm only covered in the remains, I think."

"An ordeal indeed." She promises. "I thank you kindly for your concern, Good Sir." And she means it, it shows in her voice. A pause. "You're quite pardoned, Sir, I found no offense in it."

"A pleasure. I am Richard Carstone." He smiles. "I will not detain you from your reunion, but I would be honored if you would consider calling on me some day for tea." He doesn't want to bother her, after all, but he is curious about the people from other places he could meet, and she seemed friendly enough to put up with his curiosity.

"The pleasure is mine then, Mister Carstone," She promises. "and I thank you for your thoughtfulness." She curtsies once more, primly. "I shall think of you then, Sir. One could always use a companion for tea."

"Indeed one can, Mistress Heart." He bows again. "I bid you welcome, and hope for the pleasure of your company at your leisure." With a boyish but controlled smile, he withdraws.

"Thank you, Sir." And she curtsies once more before moving herself, back to her family.
