Tacked up in the mansion, somewhere on a wall, is a note written in a lightly shaky pink script, on a piece of off-white glittery stationery. The note reads:

There are many creatures in the world which are surprising to come across. Blood-suckers, were-things, winged chicks, people with fins are a few. Among you now is a very strange creature.

Mab, upon hearing the command in the boy's voice, steps out carefully from behind a book. She crosses her arms and looks up at him through slanted poison-green eyes.

"Play? Play what? Why would I ever want to do that?" she spits out.

Cause it's fun!

[sugarspunthing]

She pouts. "No, no it's not." Mab pauses, tilting her head at him. "Who are you anyway? You're not even a biscuit. You're just a little kid."

[wonderfulboy]

*proudly* Of course I'm a little kid! I'm Peter Pan!

[sugarspunthing]

Mab frowns slightly before saying, "Peter Pan? -- oh. You saved your Mab by telling people to believe in her, right?" She scoffs and crosses her arms. "Well this Mab saves people by telling them to believe in themselves."

[wonderfulboy]

I don't have a Mab! I have a Tinker Bell, somewhere around here. And who doesn't believe in themselves? That's stupid.

[sugarspunthing]

Mab softens a bit before responding, her tone slightly altered. "You'd be surprised to hear about how many people don't believe in themselves, Peter."

But they're right there! They can see themselves!
