Owl for Percy Weasley (repost)
[OOC: A (semi-literal) repost of Hermione's earlier owl to Percy. Different situation, but it works, I think.]
After thinking about it for a bit and now that the Christmas rush is over, she sits down to write another owl. Though he seems changed here, she's still acutely aware of the tense relationship between him and his family. On the other hand, someone's true regret should be worth -something-, and so, with this firmly in mind, she begins writing.
Percy -
You said, not too long ago, that you would be available, should I wish to talk to someone. Does this offer still stand?

She realises the message is rather short, but she doesn't want to get into things just yet. After rolling it up and sealing it, she sends the letter off with her owl and hopes for a favourable reply.
