Hope
The holidays are here. However, this year seems to be crowded with stress, anxiety, and depression rather than joy, good will, and merriment.
On my wishlist this year I had asked for my father to have a clean bill of health. Well. I didn't get it. My dad still has the aneurysm on his artery. This means that he will be needing another surgery. My parents are also no longer insured because the insurance company has cancelled their policy. And, the icing on the cake, my dad is unemployed and has no money. So! Things aren't looking so great. My anime convention plans have been changed and I will not be going anywhere any time soon.
So. This Christmas, I just ask for a warm home and a happy family. Everything is dangling on a string; a thin string. Please keep us in your thoughts.
