Deputy Clerk (Filing Clerk) Part Time - Grade 6/Step 1190
The part time status can be 20 hours - 32 hours (.5 - .8 FTE) with flexible hours depending upon what is agreed to by the applicant and the HR Department.
Responsibilities:
Pulling files, including GDC files;
Re-filing files;
Organizing files.
Qualifications and Skills: Excellent attendance record. Must be flexible and detail oriented. Position requires lifting of archive boxes (10-20 pounds) and climbing step ladders as part of the normal duties.
Pre-Employment Testing:
Applicants will be required to pass a filing test. Please call 703/246-4035 between 9 a.m. and 12 noon to schedule test. Applications will be submitted after passing the test.
Location: This position will be at an off site location at 6800-A Industrial Road, Springfield, Virginia.
Salary: This position is a Grade 6, Step 1190, with an hourly rate of $13.16.

20 hrs. per week. Salary: $13.16 - $13.81 per hour
This part-time position reports to the Criminal Division Manager.
Work hrs are flexible.
Responsibilities:
· Data/Entry: entering Summonses and court orders (drug orders)
· Administrative Tasks: handling copy requests, typing commonwealth attorney lists, compiling dockets.
· Customer Service: responding to customer inquiries on the phone.
· Filing and handling attachments.
· Other office related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· High School Degree.
· Excellent attendance record.
· Detail-oriented and accurate.
· Committed to providing friendly, courteous customer service.
· Able to multi-task.
