Good times
Good times were had by all tonight. Lee didn't know his boys were gonna show up in honor of his birthday. He was talking to them on the phone one minute and the next, there they were. He had already started his drunkeness and was slaphappy to see them.But I am getting ahead of myself. How can I not speak of the ride down to D&B's? Purple playdoh and disk making contests where Lee was in danger of winning with his special patented method until he was disqualified!!muahahahahahah!!!! Kyle almost flipped the xterra a few times but its all good....NOW.
The food was great, no one was hardly there, a good time was had by all. Drinks were plentyful...and weak. I had had my third margarita and decided to do a peanut butter cup shot....that burned...Everytime we ran into Lee he had a different drink. He won lots of tickets, played lots of games and whatnot. By the time we were ready to leave, the place was packed. We cashed in our tickets and got lots of things for travis. We got him a big stuffed ernie. He LOVES it. Its almost as big as him. So is the ball we got him. Our loot included handcuffs, finger traps, a teeny coffe mug, a bracelet, a care bear, a scooby doo basket ball, a stuffed ernie, and five huge pixie sticks. We left some on the card for when we go back. It kicked ass. We had such a good time and it went by way too fast..
On the way home, we got high on pixie sticks and listened to Punch Drunk as loud as we could without making our ears bleed. They just...kick...ASS. I am so proud of those guys. I am so there at thier next local show. I missed the last one, and I am not missing this one.
Tomorrow I get to go to Brandys. I get to see the baby..hehe
And Amy called me to see if I would go with her to a Bridal Extravaganzaaaaaaaaaaaa on Sunday Sunday Sunday!!!! and I am because...I just am.
Well, off to talk to Lee some more....
