She plays for a bit longer until she finally stops to look at him curiously for a few moments.. Maybe she remembers him. Slightly. Somewhere. ]

I'm better at playing the piano than this.

I've heard there's a piano in the big house.

[ She means the mansion. Not that it's actually the safest place to go to.. ]

Last time that one man told us it was okay to go into the building.. [ She means the Guardian, but she doesn't know his name and all, so yeah.. ] I'm not sure if we can go in there if he hasn't said we can.

[ Yes, she doesn't actually say something. Instead she just looks at him expectantly and somewhat curiously as well in silence. ]

You mean.. just walking in there without asking?

[ Not that she seems to have much of a problem with the idea though - she just sounds curious. ]

[ She seems to think about it for a moment, but then just nods. ]

If they don't want us to come in, they'd say 'please don't come in' after knocking. [ clearly. ]

I wonder if the piano there works though.. Otherwise it would be wasted effort.

Maybe there's someone we can ask for a piano in the village instead.. It can be in the middle of the village near the well.

[ even though it's probably not a good idea to let a piano outside like that.. ]
