I think I might have a few:
-- Helping to seal the Abyssal Verge in Manchester, NH at the Seat of Shrouded Knowledge. -- Refusing to leave the Supernal Verge in Milwaukee until all other Magi were gone (in an effort to protect and preserve them) while not taking advantage of the limitless power it would have provided (because that would have been true Hubris). -- Standing in the way of the creatures that came from the tomb-city in Louisville, so that other Magi might escape -- Sitting down and speaking to the young Seers in Louisville instead of slaughtering them outright because it upheld the tenets of negotiation and polite discourse as dictated by the traditions of Atlantis
I know there are more, but that's all I've got for right now. You can probably clean up the language and alter it so that it makes more sense for Abaddon's app, since what I've written is purely to assist you in jogging your memory.
Good luck. With those requirements, I don't see how anyone will get Status 5 in the US Mage Chronicle at any point before the end of chronicle. They are impratical and nigh on impossible to meet (especially since it's already much like pulling teeth to get anyone to respond to Status Poll emails).
